U.S. Navy lifts operational pause for Super Hornet, Growler

The U.S. Navy has lifted an operational pause imposed on its Super Hornet and Growler fleet following an accident in Whidbey Island on Dec. 16.

In order for individual squadrons to resume flights, they had to implement a series of measures identified by Naval Air Systems Command and Boeing engineers into the accident on a EA-18G.
