Update: It’s a regular JL-9.
Guizhou Aviation Industry Import/Export Company (GAIEC) has published a series of images of the JL-9 on the production floor and the wings clearly show the folding mechanism.

Actually if You look at the full-size images, there’s nothing different to the previous JL-9A wing, so this is IMO a plain and simple standard JL-9A.
It is just a regular JL-9A.
