China could be preparing to send HQ-9, LD-2000 to South China Sea again

Two U.S. officials told Fox News that China could be preparing to send air defense systems to its outposts in the South China Sea.

U.S. spy satellites have spotted the HQ-9 and LD-2000 on Hainan and the anonymous officials say the ocation is “only temporary.”

Both air defense systems were deployed to the Paracel archipelago earlier this year.
