South Korean think tank says North’s ICBM can reach U.S. mainland in 2020

South Korea’s Institute for National Security Strategy, a government-sponsored think tank, said North Korea will be able to fire a intercontinental ballistic missile that can reach the U.S. mainland by 2020.
