Russia keen to sell submarine, UAV to Philippines

Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said Moscow has offered to sell a submarine and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) to Manila.

Lorenzana said he is interested in the offer of drones but would decline the chance to buy the submarine as it’s too expensive and unnecessary.
