B-52 engine falls off during flight

A B-52H bomber assigned to Minot Air Force Base had one of its TF-33 engine fall off the aircraft during a training flight on Jan. 4.

Ospreys in Japan to resume mid-air refueling training on Jan. 6

The U.S. Marine Corps has brought forward its plan to resume training on inflight refueling for Ospreys deployed to Japan. Initially, it was scheduled to resume training on Jan. 19. This has been brought forward to Jan. 6.

Pilatus nabs PC-21 orders from three customers

Pilatus has managed to secure three orders for 21 PC-21 turboprop trainers from the French Air Force, the Royal Jordanian Air Force and QinetiQ last month.

India, Russia close to agreeing on setting up Su-30 spare parts hub in India

Textron AirLand hasn’t decided whether to compete for T-X contract
