Sputnik reports that Moscow and New Delhi are close to finalzing an agreement for a logistic hub in India that will provide crucial Su-30 spare parts to the Indian Air Force.

The agreement, scheduled to be sign in March, will also allow some of the components to be manufactured in India.
Once the hub is running, it is expected that the operational readiness of the Su-30MKI fleet will rise above the current 63 percent.
