Indonesia wants to export locally-made Russian general-purpose bombs

Jakarta is giving consideration to an initiative to export local-made Russian general-purpose bombs to other countries operating Sukhoi fighters.

PT Sari Bahari, based in Malang, has been approached by other countries for its weapons.

However, Coordinating Economic Minister Darmin Nasution said during a visit to its factory that there are “non-trade issues” to consider before the government can green-light the export.
