U.S. Army wants missile that dispenses quadcopters

The U.S. Army is asking the defense industry to submit their ideas for a missile that can dispense a swarm of quadcopters.

Each drone will decelerate upon release and seek out its target and terminate them by landing on it and detonating its explosively formed penetrators.
