India is preparing to deploy SPYDER along border with Pakistan

A report by India Today says the Indian Air Force is about to deploy its Israeli-made SPYDER air defense missile system on its border with Pakistan within weeks.

The purchase was approved almost ten-years ago in 2008 but the deployment was delayed due to the unavailability of Czech-made Tatra trucks to mount the weapons. A switch was then made to use trucks produced in India.
