A Indian Navy MiG-29K fighter was forced to make an emergency landing at Mangaluru airport on Feb. 28 after the jet developed a technical fault following take-off from INS Hansa in Goa.
The aircraft burst a tire while landing at Mangaluru and leaving it stranded on the runway. The airport authority was forced to divert three commercial flights as a result.
