HAAWC LRIP decision later this year

The U.S. Navy will decide whether to approve the low-rate initial production (LRIP) of the Lockheed Martin High Altitude Anti-submarine warfare Weapon Capability (HAAWC) package.

The service is expected to order 140 of these modified Mk-54 torpedos that are released at high altitudes.
