A security policy panel from Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party has proposed that the Abe government acquire a long-range strike capability to take out North Korea’s ballistic missiles to prevent a second strike.

Northrop Grumman has been awarded $11 million to carry out upgrade to three French Navy E-2Cs cockpit navigation systems and displays so that they can be in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization regulations.
