Transcom says KC-10’s plan retirement may have to be revised

Head of U.S. Transportation Command, Air Force Gen. Darren W. McDew, told lawmakers from Congress that the plan to retire the KC-10 tanker may have to be revisited.

McDew says this is because the new Boeing KC-46 tanker won’t be delivered for three years “at the earliest.”
