This P-3 from the Spanish Air Force was photographed flying in Gibraltar’s airspace on Apr. 17. The local authorities say this type of intrusion by the Spanish military occurs frequently but rarely caught on camera.

Gibraltar has no his own airspace or territorial waters. Spain only gave the rock in 1714 to the English crownin the treaty of Utrecht. The Gibraltar airport is even built in Spanish soil. Just read the treaty of utrecht!
