Internal politics might be delaying the delivery of air defense system to Georgia

Two years ago, Georgia placed an order for air defense radars and a VL MICA short-range surface-to-air missile system battery with France, till now, the package is yet to be delivered.

The Jamestown foundation believes that the delay is due to the internal political situation in Georgia and Tbilisi had tried to change the terms of the contract.
