Patriot has intercepted more than 100 ballistic missiles since Jan. 1, 2015

Raytheon claimed that its Patriot interceptor has shot down more than 100 tactical ballistic missiles in combat operations around the world since Jan. 1, 2015.

More than 90 of those intercepts involved the Guidance Enhanced Missile variant.
