Three people on board a Philippine Air Force UH-1D were killed when the helicopter crashed during a training mission in Tanay, Rizal on May 4.

One crew member managed to survive and was brought to the AFP Medical Center.
Air Force spokesman Col. Antonio Francisco said all UH-1D helicopters have been grounded until investigations are completed.
