Taiwan’s former missile commander said to have been recruited by China

A Taiwanese Maj. General who is the current deputy commander of Matsu Defense Command is said to have been recruited to spy for China.

Taiwan is worried as Hsieh Chia K’ang was a former commanding officer for the missile command and he may have diverged important secrets to Beijing.

The news was first reported by Apple Daily and the military has confirmed that a senior officer whose surname is Hsieh is under investigation.
