Pilot error in Swiss F/A-18 crash

The Swiss military has determined that the pilot of a F/A-18 that crashed in France back in 2015 was to be blame for the incident.

Investigators said the person had failed to take appropriate measures to recover the aircraft after it suffered a left engine stall. The jet started rolling left but he failed or had inadequately to apply emergency procedures to stabilize the aircraft.
