Hwasong-12, 14 are powered by RD-250?

Michael Elleman, a former consultant for the Pentagon, believes that the Soviet-era RD-250 liquid-fuel engine is the one being used by North Korea for its Hwasong-12 and 14 ballistic missiles.

Elleman added that Pyongyang probably obtained blueprints to the engine via clandestine means years ago and he is preparing to publish an analysis that shows the similarities between the two.
