Hanwha Systems showed reporters a prototype of the company’s AESA radar designed for the KAI KF-X fighter.
South Korea’s Agency for Defense Development (ADD) said the prototype will determine whether the country can move ahead with using an indigenous radar for the KF-X. Ground and air trials will be carried out by Elta Systems in September.
