Turkey agrees to pay $2.5 billion to Russia for S-400

Bloomberg has been told by an anonymous Turkish official that Ankara has agreed to foot a $2.5 billion bill to buy the S-400 air defense missile system from Russia.

Turkey will be allowed to assemble two S-400 batteries in the country as part of the deal.
