Portugal’s Council of Ministers has authorized the negotiations with Embraer for five KC-390 transport aircraft under resolution 109/2017.
The Minister of National Defense will form a negotiation team with representatives appointed by Minister of Finance, Of Science, Technology and Higher Education and by the Minister of Economy.
