The Swiss military has enlisted the help of the U.S. Navy to investigate the cause of the crash of a F/A-18D in October, 2015.

One of the engines had stalled during flight but the stall warnings did not activate until 24 seconds later.
Investigators say the pilot was at fault for failing the recover the jet in time.
