Lockheed Martin gets LRIP Lot 1 contract for 2 CH-53Ks

A Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot 1 contract for two CH-53Ks has been awarded to Lockheed Martin.

The value of the contract is $303 million and the company will deliver the production aircraft to the U.S. Marine Corps in 2020.
