X-37B heading to space aboard Falcon 9 on Sept. 7

The U.S. Air Force confirmed that the fifth X-37B mission is scheduled to launch on Sept. 7 from Kennedy Space Center’s Pad 39A.

This is will be the first time the secretive spaceship is flying aboard SpaceX’s Falcon 9 launcher.

The main booster is expected to land and recover back in Florida after the mission.
