South Korean state prosecutors investigating accounting fraud at Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) are turning their attention to the T-50IQ deal with Iraq.

Investigators now believe the aerospace company might have inflated the value of the proceeds that is worth $2.65 billion.
They have also uncovered circumstantial evidence of corruption in the KF-X indigenous fighter contract.
