Jane’s: Russia has deployed second S-400 in Syria

Jeremy Binnie and Sean O’Connor at Jane’s Defence Weekly have confirmed the presence of another Russian S-400 air defense missiles system in Syria.

The new site is located 13 km northwest of Masyaf, according to analysis of commercial satellite data.
