Investigations into the crash of a Royal Malaysia Air Force (RMAF) Hawk 108 on Jun. 15 have determined that the cause was due to technical fault.

The crash had killed two instructor pilots.
Results of the investigation was disclosed by RMAF chief Gen. Affendi Buang at an event in Kuantan on Oct. 27.
