Poland initiates study to replace MiG-29 and Su-22

Poland has launched a market survey for a new fighter to replace its MiG-29 and Su-22 fleet. Potential bidders must respond by Dec. 18.

Poland is shopping for at least 32 aircraft that will replace 31 MiG-29 fighters and 18 Su-22s. Deliveries are to start in 2024.
