Greece lost a T-2 jet trainer on Jan. 3 when the aircraft came down shortly after taking off from Kalamata air force base.

Six Dutch F-16s heading to Middle East to pound ISIS

Six Dutch F-16s left Volkel Air Base on Jan. 3 for an air base in Jordan to relief the Belgian F-16 contingent fighting ISIS there.

India wants 61 indigenous anti-aircraft gun systems

The Indian government has launched a tender to buy 61 sets of anti-aircraft gun systems for its military. The contract is said to worth $1.5 billion.
