JAGM flown aboard AH-1Z for the first time

The AH-1Z carried the Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) on a flight for the first time at NAS Patuxent River on Dec. 5.

To validate its compatibility with the attack helicopter, the crew put the missile “through various operational modes and exercised its active seeker to search and/or acquire targets,” the press release by NAVAIR said.
