Russia has declared that the 12th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment in Crimea is now operational with the S-400 air defense missile system.
The unit joins the 18th Guard Anti-Aircraft Missile Sevastopol-Feodosia Regiment which was the first to operate the S-400 in the peninsula.
