Indonesia looking into buying 2 aerial refueling tankers

Jane’s reported on Jan. 18 that Indonesia has initiated a study to buy two aerial refueling tankers for its air force.

Two airframes are being considered at the moment. The Boeing KC-46A and Airbus A330 MRTT. A formal program to buy the aircraft will only commence in the first half of next decade.
