A ship carrying components for China’s first S-400 air defense missile system encountered a heavy storm and the components were damaged.

The press service of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation told TASS on Jan. 19 that the vessel return back to Ust Luga port and an assessment is being carried out to determine the exact damage.
It added that the delays will not affect the delivery schedule.
