Lithuanian Minister of National Defence Raimundas Karoblis disclosed that Russia has permanently deployed the Iskander mobile short-range ballistic missile system to the Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad.

He said the missiles were unloaded at the Port of Kaliningrad at 12 p.m. on Feb. 5.
