A document signed between Ukraine’s arms export company Ukrinmarsh and the Sri Lanka Air Force has turned out to be a fake one. It was suppose to be a Government-to-Government agreement over the purchase of the fighters.

The country’s Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) was informed by Ukranian Prosecutor General that the deal is fraud.
