A Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) posted by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has warned pilots that there has been reports of a high power laser dazzling pilots while flying over Djibouti.
The coordinates of the laser published in the document reveals its location is next to China’s naval base in the country.
