Two Philippine Navy frigates will be equipped with Saab’s Sea Giraffe AMB naval radar system, the company announced on May 21.

Instead of a direct sale, the deal will be carried out under the U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) route with Saab supplying the systems to the U.S. Navy.
