Canada is going to make it difficult for American companies to win its fighter competition

According to Reuters, Canada is going to make it difficult for U.S. fighter manufacturers interested in competing in the competition to replace its F/A-18.

Economic damage caused by foreign governments to Canada will see their aerospace companies penalized during the evaluation process.

However, the proposal is at an early stage and Canada may abandon the idea.
