Iraqi Ambassador to Russian Haidar Mansour Hadi said in an interview with TASS that his country has yet to make a decision regarding the purchase of the S-400 air defense missile system.

“We said we could buy S-400 systems, if need be. But no final decision has been taken so far. There have been no official talks with the Russian side either,” he told TASS.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari had indicated in February that his country was interested in buying the S-400.
