Philippine Air Force (PAF) FA-50PH fighter pilot Lt. Col. Thomas Ryan Seguin, commanding officer of the 7th Tactical Fighter Squadron, has been selected by Metrobank Foundation for this year’s “The Outstanding Filipinos” award.

The Philippine News Agency says Seguin deserves the award and credit him with flying 134 out of the 156 total air-to-ground attack missions during the seige of Marawi.
