NATO spending $58 million to modernize Kuçovë Air Base in Albania

Albania’s government has announced a phase one $58 million program by NATO to upgrade its Kuçovë Air Base.

Disused since 2005, the base will be transformed into a support base for supplies, logistics, training and drills.
