During a HIMARS Rapid Infiltration (HIRAIN) exercise, a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) vehicle is loaded into a C-17 and transported to a remote location whereby it is rapidly deployed to fire its rockets. It will then roll back into the C-17 to be flown off in a “move, shoot, move” concept.
