Duterte names new Philippine Air Force chief

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has named Lt. Gen. Rozzano Briguez as the new chief of the Philippine Air Force.


He will replace Lt. Gen. Galileo Gerard Kintanar Jr., who is not due to retire until 13 months later.
