Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana has confirmed that Manila will be buying the T129 attack helicopter.
Lorenzana says the country has budget for only eight rotorcraft. He also confirmed that the country will be buying 16 Black Hawk helicopters to replace the canceled Bell 412 helicopters from Canada.
