According to Nikkei Asia Review, Japan has approach the Philippines on exporting the J/FPS-3 air defense radar to the island nation.
The same report says the radar is expected to cost between $8.87 million and $17.7 million.
American and Israeli companies are also aiming to sell their hardware to Manila.
