Jerry Hendrix: How the U.S. Air Force Lost Its Way

Hendrix argued that the service is reduce the number of F-35s it plans to purchase and shift the funds to keep the B-2s flying into 2040s plus “procuring a far deeper magazine of precision, stand-off missiles.”
