The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) has disclosed another undeclared North Korean missile base on Jan. 21.
The think tank said the Sino-ri site, located 212 kilometers north of the DMZ, houses a regiment-sized unit equipped with Nodong-1 medium-range ballistic missiles (MRBM).
